One of a kind, solid 9k gold 
Star pendant set with 6 little pink sapphires and a lab grown white sapphire
If you opt to add a chain, it is a solid gold Figaro chain which is used in the pictures 
Please note that the internal bail dimensions are 4.5x2.5 mm
The pendants thread onto my chains easily but if you have a bigger chain/clasp, it may not fit. I am not liable for this
