One of a kind in solid 9k yellow gold
With an Australian sapphire, lab white sapphire and a pink tourmaline 
Main sapphire is set a bit askew, this is reflected in the price
Because the sapphire is sticking up a bit you may think it snags but I didn’t notice any snagging when I wore it to test this 
Size K, can be resized up to L1/2
